Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager with previous experience of at least 10 years gained in companies or companies operating on the international market will be included in the Administrative Department.
The resource, after a period of coaching in during which she/he will learn the internal mechanisms of the company, will occupy a strategic role in the company organization chart, as she/he will report directly to the CFO and will have a strong and operational value as well as resource coordination. The resource will be responsible for:
- Managing all the General Accounting – Monthly adjustment entries – Depreciation – as well as closing the periodic statutory and management financial statements to be presented to the Board of Directors.
- Checking the accounting data and preparing all the operational files for the tax deadlines, which are then managed directly by the External Consultants.
- Collaborating with the external tax advisor and the accounting control bodies for the preparation and definition of the statutory financial statements and related attachments.
- Managing analytical accounting by order and support management control in collaboration with the CFO and the company Board.
- Collaborating with the CFO and external consultants on Transfer Pricing.
- Managing employee attendance and related accounting records of salaries and expense reports, with the support of the Employment Consultant.
- Operationally supporting the quarterly statutory audits.
- Personally taking care of the regular updating of the corporate books and the compulsory accounting prints.
- In collaboration with the CFO, managing the short-medium term financial planning and personally payments to suppliers, operating on home banking.
- Management and control of accounting and financial reporting with the foreign subsidiary.
For this workplace, it is required:
Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics, good knowledge of both written and spoken English for autonomous interface with the company’s foreign subsidiaries.
Previous experience of at least 10 years gained in business contexts operating on the international market, having developed knowledge and analysis of cost accounting.
In-depth knowledge of Office and in particular Excel and of the main administrative software/tools. At least basic knowledge of the main business declaratives. The person must be accustomed to punctual compliance with deadlines and equipped with excellent management of priorities, good propensity for problem solving and teamwork.
We offer full-time and permanent employment regulated by the Confcommercio Tertiary CCNL Contract, with an adequate trial period. The classification level and salary will be defined in relation to the profile that will actually be selected.

Project Manager/Project Engineer
Company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, which deals with equipment and components under pressure for filtration, separation and measurement, based in Milan (south area), is looking for a Project Manager with previous experience of at least 3/5 years gained in companies or engineering companies specialized in products in the Oil & Gas and Metalworking sector (preferably on the design of pressure components).
The candidate will be placed in the Project Department, with the task of collaborating in a team of people. The Project Manager (PM) reporting reports to the Project Coordinator; will have the following roles and responsibilities the PM :

Draftsman - Mechanical designer

The candidate will be placed in the technical office with the task of creating technical construction drawings of pressure equipment and carpentry, 2D drawings and 3D modelling of industrial plants and pipelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
